What's included in my kit?

Each kit includes your custom-illustrated paint-by-numbers printed on a linen canvas, the required paint (up to 24 colours), and three brushes (small, medium, and large).

Please note that we do not currently sell frames. However, you can easily use/ buy your own as all our portraits come in standard sizes.

Do I need to submit a professionally taken photo?

Nope! We are able to illustrate any photo that you like, and will make any necessary minor adjustments to make sure that your final portrait looks professional and top notch.

How long will my order take? How much is shipping?

Because of the personalised aspect of our artwork, please expect up to 10 business days for your order to be processed, illustrated, created, and shipped to you.

Standard Shipping costs $5 USD, and Priority Insured Shipping costs $10 USD. We offer free Standard Shipping on medium and large size portraits, and free Priority Insured Shipping on large portraits.

Can I preview my artwork?

To get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we are unable to offer artwork previews. However, you can take a look at our example artwork here to see how we've illustrated other customers' photos.

Additionally, we offer a 100% Artwork Satisfaction Guarantee, and for artwork deemed to be unsatisfactory, we will either re-illustrate your photo and send another portrait kit with the updated artwork (free of charge), or offer a full refund. Read more about our refund policy here.
